Hawaiian Cauliflower Fried Rice

Ingredients
1.5 cup, diced Ham1 cup, chopped Onions 1 Red Bell Pepper, Chopped2 sprays Cooking Spray 3 Egg Whites 1 cup White Rice (leftover works best) 2 cup cauliflower rice 1 cup, diced Pineapple, fresh 2 tsp Sesame Oil Green Onions to taste (I used about 2 Green Onions)
Directions
Add onion, Ham and Red Pepper to a skillet that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Fry until vegetables are tender.

Slide ham and veggie mixture to one side of skillet, spray clear side with cooking spray and pour in Egg whites (scramble). Once Cooked mixed the eggs and the veggie mixture together.

Add Cauliflower Rice, White Rice and pineapple, mix together. Add soya sauce, sesame oil and green onions and mix again.

Serve
