Stuffed Manicoti

Ingredients
2 cup Ragu Pasta Sauce8 Manicotti shells2 Cups mozzarella cheese1/3 cup parmesan cheese15 oz part skin ricotta cheese1 egg2 tbsp pesto1 cup cooked broccoli, chopped
Directions
1. Cook Manicotti shells
2. Mix mozzarella and parmesan, set aside 1 cup
3. Stir together cheese mixture, ricotta, egg, pesto and broccoli
4. Stuff manicotti shells with mixture
5. Pour 1/2 cup pasta sauce into sprayed 13 x 9 pan.
6. Cover with foil, bake at 375 for 30 minutes
7. Uncover and top with reserved cheese and bake for 30 minutes.

    I liked this recipe very much but the men in my house aren't fond of green things in their food so I omitted it. But the flavor was still very good. Oh yeah I also added 1 tbsp chopped garlic to the filling. - 5/11/09
