24 oz Kiolbassa Polish Style Smoked Sausage (by MISSDAISY23)
.5 tbsp Table Salt (by CECELIAMERWIN)
336 gram Grits Great Value
1 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup
2 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1.5 tsp Thyme, fresh
.25 tsp Garlic powder
.25 tsp Pepper, black
4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1 serving vegetable oil- cooking spray (by VIOLECHANT)
1)Preheat oven to 350deg. Brown sausage in large skillet over medium heat, stirring often, 7 to 9 minutes or until cooked; drain on a paper towel.
2Bring salt and 4 1/2 cups water to a boil in a large Dutch oven over high heat. Whisk in Grits, and return to boil. Cover, reduce heat to medium and simmer 5 minutes or until thickened, whisking occasionally. Remove from heat; add cheese, stirring until completely melted. Stir in milk and next 4 ingredients. Stir in sausage. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased (with cooking spray) 9 x 13 baking dish.
3) Bake at 350deg for 50 to 60 minutes or until golden and cooked through, Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
