Vegetable Pinwheels

Ingredients
1 Tbsp. light cream cheese1/2 Tbsp. light Ranch dressing1 flour tortilla (6")2 Tbsp. finely chopped broccoli2 Tbsp. grated carrot2 Tbsp. finely chopped water chestnuts
Directions
Combine cream cheese and dressing. Spread on tortilla. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over cream cheese mixture. Roll up and secure with toothpicks. Chill at least 2 hours. Slice into 1" pinwheels
