3.0 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook chicken) Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted16.0 oz Cream Cheese1.0 stick Butter, salted8.0 tbsp Parsley, dried1.0 tbsp Garlic powder1.0 tbsp Onion powder1.0 tsp Pepper, black1.0 tsp Thyme, ground0.5 tbsp Basil2.0 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded
Layer boneless skinless chicken breast in the bottom of the crock pot, put in the stick of butter, the seasoning and the two 8 oz blocks of cream cheese. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until tender, then shred the chicken with a fork and stir it all up with a spoon. Put 3/4ths cup on buns or pasta or vegetables.
