1 Brown ground beef
2 chop one onion and add to beef
3 add 1 cup chopped celery, 1 cup chopped bell pepper
4 core and chop one head of cabbage
5 add 1 can tomatoes, 1 can rotel tomatoes
season to taste, salt , pepper, garlic. etc

    This is very good. I left out the celery because my husband doesn't like cooked celery, but added salt, pepper, celery seed, and minced garlic for seasoning. My husband liked it with a little cheddar cheese melted on top. I'll definitely make again! - 6/13/11
