16 serving Oatmeal, Steel Cut, 1/4 cup - Quaker 2 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 Apples, fresh with skin 2 oz Raisins dried natural Great Value (1 snack box) 1.5 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar 2 cup Milk, nonfat 4 tsp Cinnamon, ground 4 tsp Vanilla Extract
Mix steel-cut oatmeal, 12C water, 2-4C milk, 2 boxes or raisins, 1.5C of brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract and 2-3 peeled apples in a crock pot. Cook for 7 hours then leave on warm. Can get pretty thick. Add apple juice or milk to desired texture/consistency.
