Ingredients
4.0 serving(s) Grilled Blackbean Burger1.5 cup Beans - Bush's Black Beans Reduced Sodium1.5 cup Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw2.0 dash Salt2.0 dash Pepper, black1.0 tsp Garlic powder1.0 tsp Onion powder0.5 tsp Cumin seed0.5 tsp Smoked Paprika0.75 cup, chopped Pecans1.0 serving Brown rice (1 cup cooked)
Directions
While the grill preheats, mash drained and rinsed beans with a fork. Chop onion really fine by throwing into a food processor. Do the same with the pecans. Mix all ingredients and adjust seasonings to taste, adding more or less bread crumbs to form patties. Then simply grill until they form a crust enough to flip and heat through.
