Ground Pork/Smoked Sausage 15 Bean Soup

Ingredients
4 oz Ground Pork Sausage, Lean cooked, drained 3 oz Eckrich - Smoked Sausage(pork,turkey,beef) 2 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" lon Celery, raw 2 cup 15 Bean Soup - 1/2 C cooked - beans only 4 cup Swanson Chicken Fat Free Chicken Broth Less Sodium 3 serving Bullion - Chicken - Wyler's x 1 Cube (by ~~LILA) 2 tsp Garlic powder, Penzey granulated (by GRANMACHERI) 1.5 tsp Pepper, black .25 tbsp Lawry Seasoned Salt (by DRDASARGE) .50 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 1tsp Canola Oil
Directions
Prepare beans per package instructions. Once the beans are soaked, place the slow cooker with 4 cups of chicken broth, crushed bay leaves (2 whole bay leaves), 3 bullion cubes, and stir. Chop the onion, green pepper, and celery into bite size pieces. Chop smoked sausage into bite size pieces. Sautee OGC in the canola oil for 2 minutes adding 1/4 of all seasoning. Add ground pork to the skillet, remaining seasonings, and brown until done. Add smoked sausage and simmer for 5 minutes. Drain and add meat/veggie mix to the slow cooker. Add one cup of water and stir. Cook on high for 3 hours. Serving options - serve over rice or orzo - serve with corn bread - serve with crackers
