Ingredients
1.75 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour3.0 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.75 stick Butter, salted1.0 tsp Granulated Sugar1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract2.0 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a blender Heat a large non-stick pan on medium heat Melt a teaspoon of butter in pan or spray with non-stick spray Pour 1/4 cup of batter into pan and swirl around to spread batter around Cook until edges start to brown then flip and lightly brown other side then serve
