Ingredients
16 oz Ground Turkey - 97% fat free extra lean white turkey 2 cup Italian Four Cheese Blend (by MSHERWIN) 8 oz Cheese--Philadelphia Cream Cheese 1/3 less fat .25 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned 16 small (4" long) Banana Peppers
Directions
Brown meat - let cool
Combine first 3 ingredients
Stuff pepper halves
sprinkle on bread crumbs
drizzle with olive oil
bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes

Serving Size: Makes 8 whole peppers or 16 half peppers
