Ingredients
4 large Scrambled Egg 2 1tsp Canola Oil 1.50 cup, strips or slices Carrots, raw 0.50 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber (with peel) 2 cup, shredded Romaine Lettuce (salad) 16 oz Barilla Linguine 0.50 cup Trader Joe's Roasted and Salted Peanuts 16 tbsp Thai, Thai Kitchen original pad thai sauce 2 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) 4 serving Sugar Snap Peas, Raw ` edible-podded, raw [Snowpeas, Sugar snap peas] 10 pea pods 34g 2 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime 75 grams Cilantro, raw
Directions
Cook noodles. Stir-fry meat, scramble eggs, fry veggies. Combine all and add sauce. Add noodles. Cilantro & peanuts last.
