Keto Venison Stroganoff - pressure cooker

Ingredients
16 oz Venison, ground 3 tsp Great Value Minced Garlic (by LIALEXA) 2 tsp Salt 2 tsp Pepper, black 5 tbsp Daisy Brand Sour Cream .083 tbsp Xanthum Gum - Bob's Red Mills (1TB,9g) .083 =.25ts (by CORLISSTRIEDIT) 1 tbsp "LouAna" Pure Coconut Oil
Directions
Saute garlic and add meat
Add all other ingredients except xanthum gum and sour cream
Add 1/4 cup of water to the pressure cooker and steam for 20 minutes
Open and stir in sour cream
Gently and slowly add xanthum gum until desired thickness is achieved
