Ingredients
16 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1.25 serving Mini Sweet Bell Peppers (3 peppers to a svg) 5 slice (1 oz) Provolone Cheese 2 roll French Rolls 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black
Directions
Sauté diced chicken in olive oil until almost cooked through. Add diced bell peppers (optional mushrooms and onions) Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste and continue to sauté until done Toast bread to melt cheese Add chicken pepper mixture to bread Serving Size: 4 oz. of chicken and half of a hoagie roll
