Buckwheat Pancakes

Ingredients
1.75 cup Buckwheat 1.5 tsp Baking Powder .75 tsp Baking Soda .5 tsp Salt 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tbsp Coconut Oil 2 serving honey (raw, trader joes, organic) (1 tbs) 1 tsp McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract (by LMDAY7) 2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap .25 tbsp Lemon juice
Directions
1. Pre heat cooking surface ( I use cast iron )
2. Whisk all ingredients in a bowl
3. Liberally grease pan with coconut oil and use 1/4 cup to measure out pancake batter
4. When little bubbles form on top its time to flip
5. Drizzle organic pure maple syrup on top and enjoy!
