1.5 tsp Salt
1 cup SPLENDAŽ Granular No Cal Sweetener-measures like sugar (by HEALTHYLIVN4ME)
4 tsp Baking Powder
2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1.33 tbsp Blue Bonnet Light Margarine
1.25 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
1.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
smash bananas with fork to "mush". Then literally just measure the rest of the ingredients and dump into a large bowl. Mix with hand mixer until blended. Pour into an oiled and floured pan. ( I just use Crisco and skip the flour) Bake at 350 degrees for an hour. Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan.
