Directions
Slice red peppers into 1/2 inch strips. Spread french onion cheese onto tortilla. Top with spinach, then turkey breast, and, finally, red bell pepper. Add salt/pepper if desired. Roll tortilla filled with ingredients from end to end. If desired, use toothpick to hold wrap closed. Finally, toast wrap in toaster oven (or preheated 350 degree oven) for approximately 1-1.5 minutes.
