7 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Baked Potato, with skin 1 small Onions, raw 4 clove Garlic 2 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 6 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil seasoned salt
boil the chicken and shred it. Chop up the potatoes, garlic, onion, and bell pepper. Toss it all in a big bowl with olive oil and seasoning of your choice, I use season all seasoned salt. pour in a big pan. Roast on 375 for half an hour, stir it up, roast another half hour. If it needs more time give it more time but that should do it.
