32.0 oz/4 cups Bolthouse Farms vanilla plant milk5.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.5 tbsp Vanilla Extract0.5 cup Granulated Sugar1.0 tsp Nutmeg, ground1.0 cup GrapeNuts cereal1/2 cup Maple Syrup (1/2cup)1/4 t of fine salt[I used a rolling pin to crush pink salt finer.]
Line 9x9 with butter, sprinkle grapenuts in pan, pour maple syrup over it, let stand.
Cook plant Milk til almost a boil take off heat & pour a little bit over grape nuts let sit for 5 min. While rest of plant milk is cooling, crack all eggs in a blender pulse for a bit add in sugar, vanilla, salt till all mixed then slowly add plant milk in 4 stages blending while adding.
Pour the mixture over grape nuts & maple syrup place item[s] in a water bath using boiling water. Place carefully in the oven set 275 for 1hr or till knife comes out clean let cool & enjoy.
