Lemony Garlicky White Bean Hummus

Ingredients
2 cup cannellini beans (canned, rinsed)3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon 1 tbsp Tahini 1 tsp Salt 1 large clove garlic
Directions
Rinse cannellini beans, place into mixing bowl
Add olive oil
squeeze juice of 1 large lemon into bowl
add tahini and salt
Crush garlic with a press into bowl
puree all ingredients together with immersion blender until creamy.
