Ingredients
1 granny smith apple, peeled and cut1 T country crock spread1/8 t cinnamon (or so)1 T splenda1.5 T quick oats
Directions
Put cut up apple in a microwave safe bowl. Mix together the cinnamon, splenda and oats and pour over the apples. Then add the country crock spread to the top of the pile and put in the microwave for about 2 minutes, stirring atleast once. Enjoy! It was very good. I may have added a little nutmeg too, I can't remember. Either way it was delish!!!!! Try pumpkin pie spice too! Serves 1.
