Taco Salad

Ingredients

Half a large container fat free or 1% cottage cheesehalf a large container fat free sour cream2 tsps Taco seasoning1 small or half a large head of iceberg lettuce1 cup cheddar cheese1 can of black beans or1 can of black olives1 cup prepared salsa
Chop lettuce and place in dish
spread salsa over lettuce
spread either beans or olives over salsa
mix together cottage cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning and spread over beans or olives
sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Serve with Tortilla chips or soft tortillas (not accounted for in calorie count)
