Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
3 cups chopped broccoli3 slices lo fat ham, chopped1/4 red onion4 oz fat free sharp chedder6 tbsp fat free mayonnaise1 tbsp white vinegar3 tsp cup sugar1 cup cherry tomatoes, halvedsalt and pepper
Directions
After trimming, cut the head into flowerets and the stem into bite-sized pieces.
Blanch lightly, if desired, and chill.
Place broccoli in a large bowl.
Add the ham, onion, and cheese. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients, stirring well. Add to the broccoli misture and toss gently.
