Rising Pizza Dough

Ingredients
1 Cup Warm Water (110 degrees)1 Cup Warm Milk (110 degrees)2 Tbl Yeast2 Tbl Sugar2 Cup Flour1 Tbl Salt2 Tbl Oil1 Egg4 Cup Flour
Directions
Makes 3 pizzas

1. Add all ingredients up to the egg, in order, and mixing between each ingredient. Then, use dough hooks to knead the final cups of flour into the dough. Dough should be flexible and soft. Do not add too much flour or it will become stiff.
2. Remove from the bowl and clean / spray the bowl with non-stick spray. Return the dough to the bowl and let rise until double (30-45 minutes).
3. Punch down and divide dough into 3 portions. Roll dough thin and form into pizzas.
3a. For risen crust (Pan pizza), form the dough about 1/4 - 1/2 inch thick and place at the base of an oiled casserole dish. Let rise until double (30-45 min), and prepare pizza as normal.
4. Top with sauce and other toppings to your taste.
5. Cook at 400 degrees for about 15 -20 minutes, until golden brown and cooked in the center. Adjust temperature down and time up for heavy toppings.
