Ingredients
Pumpernickel bread (or any rye bread)Light or fat free cream cheeseChives or green onions, choppedRadishes, thinly slicedSprinkle of salt and pepper
Directions
Spread cream cheese on bread. Chop chives and/or green onions and sprinkle on cream cheese. Thinly slice radishes and put on sandwich. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

    I really liked this. I used wasa crackers instead of bread, and it was a great, light snack! And so nice to find a use for radishes besides slicing them into a salad. - 8/16/09
