2 cup Bok Choy, raw-shreaded 2 cup Bean sprouts 2 cup Snow Peas, fresh .50 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 4 serving Cooked Medium size shrimp (8 shrimp) 2 cup Spinach, fresh 4 cup, shredded Romaine Lettuce (salad) .25 tsp Ginger, ground 1 1tsp Sesame Oil 1 tbsp Natural Raw Unfiltered Honey 2 tbsp Lemon juice 1 packet Barbecue Sauce 1 tbsp Soy sauce (tamari) .25 tsp Salt
Thinly slice bok choy. Cut through sprouts once or twice to make them bite-size. String snow peas and blanch, whole, in boining water for 1 minute. Drain and immediately place under cold water . Dry and cut them into 3/4 inch diagonals. Blanch carrots for 1 minute in boiling water. drain and immediately place under cold water. Add shrimp and vegetables to lettuce, and spinach.
For Dressing: mix the last 7 ingredients. Pour over salad. Toss well.
