Ingredients
0.5 tsp Oregano, ground0.25 tsp Pepper, black0.5 tsp Salt2.5 clove Garlic4.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap1.5 tbsp Shortening, Crisco6.0 tsp Knorr Chicken Bouillon0.33 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz)2.0 cup dried pintos beans1.5 tsp Cumin, ground
Directions
Pre-soak beans on stove at medium heat for 30min. Turn off and let sit for another 15min. Drain and add the instant pot. Add all other ingredients to instant pot. Select bean/chili for 40mins. Let naturally vent. When finished stir and mash. Serving Size: 1/2 cup
