Cauliflower Spanish Rice

2 tbsp Butter, salted1.5 tsp Better Than Boullion Chicken 680 grams riced Cauliflower1 tsp Salt 1 tbsp Chili powder 1 tsp Cumin - ground 80 grams carrot1/2 cup Tomato Sauce
First grate carrot or rice it with a food processor. (if Cauliflower is not already 'riced'... do it also)
Place butter & bouillon in frying pan.. med./high heat - once melted stir in ingredients except tomato sauce. Stir occasionally and cook 7-10 minutes or til tender. Then add tomato sauce and cook about 2 minutes more.
Can add more seasoning to taste. and serve
Serving Size: divide into 6 portions
