Easy Greek Yogurt Bagels

8 oz Fage 0% Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt 1 cup Gold Medal Self Rising Flour (by ADLINS) 4 tsp Trader Joe's everything but the bagel seasoning (by DSPTCHR911) 1 serving Egg white, large
Preheat oven to 375
Prepare baking sheet with Parchment paper to line it
Drain water from yogurt as much as possible
Combine yogurt and flour. Once combined, knead on floured surface about 15 times. Cut dough into 4 equal sized pieces.
Roll into log, form into circle and pinch ends together to create bagel shape. Brush each side with egg white and top with bagel seasoning. Bake for 25 minutes.
Make sure to allow enough room for bagels to increase a bit in size.
