1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1 large Egg white, fresh
1 tsp Salt
1 dash Pepper, black
1 serving fresh mushrooms, sliced (0.25 cup)
1 serving Onions, yellow, raw 1 oz.
0.25 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Spray pan with cooking spray and saute vegetables until tender
Pour beaten egg mixture and cook until set , then flip
Add 1/2 of cheese and then vegetables
Fold and add remaining cheese
Serving Size: makes 1 omlette
