48.0 oz Beef Bottom Round Roast (rump roast)0.33 tbsp Braggs Apple Cider VinegarGood Seasons Italian Salad Dressing mix, 1 packet1.0 cup, sliced Onions, 16oz jar pepperoncinis, add desired juice
Directions
Cooknin crock pot 4-6 hours high or 6-8 hours on low. Shred roast when done and allow to soak in juices for about 15 min. Before serving.

Serving Size: Approx 3 oz per sandwich, use a good sturdy bun so the juice doesmt make it soggy or eat with mashed potatoes
