Ingredients
8 serving Trader Joe's Low Fat Turkey Broth (1cup/240mL) (by GARBLEDEEGOOK) 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 cup, diced Celery, raw .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 5 clove Garlic 1 serving Chayote Fruit Raw (One 5-3/4" Chayote) (by L.R.N.L) 0.5 cup Trader Joe's 10 minute barley (by JKIPPER18) 5 serving Better Than Boullion Organic Chicken (by JKJ599) 2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Chop vegetables in small dice, add to the pot with barely , broth & water & simmer 1 hr.
