Ingredients
3.33 oz shredded red cabbage, fresh and easy -1/3 of bag (by JSOL170) 1 serving Apple, Fuji Small, 2 1/2" in diameter, 1 apple 1 serving Beets, Baby Red, Steamed & Peeled, Melissa's (2.5 baby beets) 15 gram Light mayo .5 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar .125 tsp Salt
Directions
Slice apple & beets in small, thin slices. Mix all ingredients together.
