680 grams Cauliflower, raw 2 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots2 tbsp Butter1.5 tsp Better Than Boullion Chicken1 tbsp Chili powder 1 tsp cumin1 tsp salt1 cup Tomato Sauce
Directions
cook Cauli & carrot with OXO, butter in fry pan med/high heat. Cook 6-8 min. then add seasoning and finish cooking 7-10 min or til tender

slowly stir in tomato sauce cook another 2 min.

Serving Size: divide into 8 portions
