Pork Chorizo and Eggs

Ingredients
9oz tube Cacique Pork Chorizo 6 lg eggs .25 cup Milk Whole Vitamin D 5 cup Spinach, fresh
Directions
Brown Chorizo in large skillet until browned. In the meantime, scramble eggs in large bowl, add milk. Whip until frothy. Poor over Chorizo, mix well. Cook until eggs are almost cooked through, add spinach and cook until eggs are done and spinach is wilted.

Serve with your choice of toast or you can roll it into a whole wheat tortilla for a breakfast burrito (not included in calorie count)
