Creamy Cheese Crusted Fish

Ingredients
4 White Fish Fillets, skin onTOPPING3 Tblspn Cheese Spread (Velveeta or Kraft)1 1/2 Tblspn Fat Free Sour Cream2 Tsp Fresh Chives, snipped1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder1/4 Tsp Onion Powder1 Tsp Lemon Peel, grated1 Tsp Lemon JuiceCRUST2 slices Wholegrain Bread, crumbed1/2 Tsp Onion Powder1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder1 Tsp Lemon Peel, grated1/2 Tsp Paprika
Directions
Heat oven to 350 deg F (180 deg C),

Lightly spray oven tray with canola spray, place fish fillets on tray skin side down. Season lightly with salt and pepper and sprinkle with another 2 tsp of lemon juice.

Mix all the topping ingredients together and spread carefully on top of fish fillets. Mix all the crust ingredients together and place on top of fish fillets, pressing lightly on the fish. Spray crust topping lightly with canola spray and cook for @ 10 to 15 minutes or until fish just starts to flake.

Serve with a salad.
