Pressure Cooker Beef Stew

Ingredients
20 oz Beef, stew meat.75 large Onion, chopped4 medium Carrots, peeled and chopped3 stalk Celery, chopped4 medium Potato, peeled and chopped1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black 2 tsp Better than Bouillon Beef base2 cup (8 fl oz) Water,1 Bay Leaf Several sprigs fresh Thyme
Directions
Set your cooker to brown and brown the onions with the beef, salt, and pepper.
Add all other ingredients except thyme and stir. Put thyme one top and pressure cook on high for 20 minutes. Let sit until ready to eat or release pressure quickly.
