Tomato Basil Soup

Ingredients
2 tbsp Olive Oil 1 cup, chopped onions5 cloves, minced garlic3 28 oz. Cans Whole Tomatoes 2 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 1 cup, fluid Heavy Whipping Cream 1/2 cup chopped basilSalt and Pepper, to taste
Directions
Saute onion and garlic in oil.
Add tomatoes and broth, bring to a boil. Turn off heat, add to food processor and puree until smooth.
Stir in cream and basil, add salt and pepper to taste.
