White Rice, long grain, 2 cup Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .5 cup Paprika, 1 tbsp *Onion powder, 1 tbsp *Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
1. cook the rice in the microwave following the manufacturer instructions.
2. cook chicken in a large skillet until white then rub paprika and onion powder on it.
3. when both are done, put the rice in the large skillet and add cooked chicken, egg, and soy sauce.
4. cook until egg is cooked.
