Amys low carb chocolate molton cake

Ingredients
6.0 tbsp Butter, salted3.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw6.0 tbsp sugar free chocolate chips1.5 tbsp almond flour super fine3.5 tbsp swerve
Directions
Melt chocolate and butter at 30 second intervals till just melted. Meanwhile beat two egg yolks and one whole egg with swerve till egg yolks are lemony colored. Add flour and egg mixture to melted chocolate mixture then pour into six well greased foil muffin liners. Bake at 450 degrees for 8-9 minutes....till tops are a matte finish. You can refrigerate these ahead of time and then bake or freeze and then bake. They reheat well also. I served with some whipped cream or carb master ice cream. Serving Size: 1 cake
