Keto Stuffed peppers

Ingredients
16.0 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck2 Eggs - hard boiled 1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, chopped2 large green peppers cut in half top to bottom 1.0 tsp Garlic powder0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, gratedParmesan cheese to garnish
Directions
Brown chopped onion and ground beef. Add seasonings. Stir well. Add chopped boiled eggs and raw egg. Stir well. add half cup parmesan cheese. Stir well. Grease bottom of baking dish and lay peppers cut side up. Fill each pepper with meat mixture. Cover dish with foil and bake at 400 for 40 minutes. Remove foil and turn oven off. Sprinkle parmesan on top of each pepper and place in warm oven until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and serve.
