Pastry mixture:1.5 cup Low Carb Flour Mix 4 spoons Stevia in the Raw 1.5 tsp Baking Powder 5 Tbsp Country Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Light (Soft).5 cup Simple Truth Unsweetened Almond Milk Filling:.5 cup Splenda 2 Tbsp Xantham Gum (by INSPIREDBYCHJ) 1 tbsp Lemon Peel 2 tsp Ginger, ground 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 2.5 cup Season's Choice Berry Medley 3 cup Season's Choice Strawberries
Directions
Combine pastry mix. Set aside.

In 8x8 baking dish combine berries, xantham gum & spices. top with pastry mixture.
Bake at 375 for 45-50 min.
