Baked Egg Custard with Extra Protein

Ingredients
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1.5 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 2 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 18 gram EVL Nutrition Stacked Protein Cookies and Cream (by RGONZALEZ92) cinnamon (optional)nutmeg
Directions
slice bananas and line in 6 ramekins/silicon cups. Whip eggs, protein powder, cinnamon and milk until fluffy. Pour mixture to cover banana in each ramekin. Sprinkle with nutmeg and bake in a water bath in oven preheated to 160C for 1hr or until set.
