Ground Beef and Okra Stew

Ingredients
40 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck 3.5 Cup Stewed Tomatoes, Canned, No salt 2 tbsp Ortega taco seasoning mix 2 tbsp Bragg Organic Raw Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar (mother) 454 grams Okra, frozen, cooked 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 small Onions, raw 2 clove Garlic
Directions
Brown ground beef, add onions, garlic and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes. Add stewed tomatoes, seasoning, water, ACV and mix well. Simmer on med-high heat 30 - 40 minutes.

Add 16 oz (454 grams) package of frozen sliced okra, stir in and simmer for another 20 minutes or until okra is tender, but still a little dente. Enjoy!!
