Creamy Spinach and Artichoke Chicken

Ingredients
240.0 gram cento artichoke hearts38.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted290.0 gram essential everyday frozen spinach8.0 tbsp Cream Cheese0.5 cup Kraft, Mozzarella26.0 Grams Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions
Add chicken, spinach and artichoke to crock pot. Cook 3 hours. Remove chicken and all but 1/2 of liquid from pot. Shred chicken. Add cheeses to pot and stir until melted and blended. Add chicken to pot. Cook for additional 30 minutes on low.
