Pumpkin Chai Tea (David's Tea)

Ingredients
1 cup Milk, 1% 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 tbsp packed Brown Sugar 2 generous scoops of David's Tea Pumpkin Chai
Directions
Place all the ingredients in a small pot. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to simmer. Simmer for 5-10 minutes. Place a strainer over a mug and strain the liquid. Throw out the leaves.
