Velveeta Ultimate Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked3/4lb (12 oz.) Velveeta Cheese Product, cut up1/3 cup milk (calculated w/ 2%)1/8 tsp. black pepper
Directions
1. Cook macaroni as directed on package. Drain well. Return to pan.

2. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Cook on low heat until Velveeta is melted, stirring frequently.

Makes 4 servings, 1 cup each.

    Good to me. It's really creamy and tasty. I added about 1 cup of cut up ham and used it as an entree. I had some fresh veggies along with it to make a meal, but I bet it would be delicious with broccoli and cauliflour added to it. - 6/3/10

    I made this for dinner & I thought it was terrible. It was very runny like water although I drained the macaroni well. Next time, I will use a cheddar cheese recipe with a low cal white sauce like I used to do. Don't waste your time & money on this recipe. - 5/4/10
