Asian Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients
4 oz Egg Noodles, enriched 4 cups Chicken Broth 2 cups chopped or diced Roasting Chicken, light meat 3 tbsp Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce 2 clove Garlic (minced) 1 tsp minced fresh Ginger Root 2 cups chopped Bokchoy stalks 2 cups chopped Bokchoy leaves 3 stalks Green Onions (cut into 1 inch slices)salt & pepper to taste
Directions
1. Prepare egg noodles according to package instructions.
2. Combine the next 5 ingredients in a 5 quart sauce pan. Bring to a boil and let simmer 10 minutes.
3. Add Bokchoy stalks and cook 4 minutes.
4. Add Bokchoy leaves and green onions.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
5. After 2 minutes add noodles.

Serving Size: Makes four 2- cup servings
