Keto Fudge (using Swerve sweetener)

Ingredients
8.0 tbsp Cocoa powder, unsweetened0.5 tsp Baking Powder4.0 large Eggs5.0 tbsp Coconut Oil2.0 tsp Vanilla Extract1 cup Swerve Confectioners Sugar1/2 cup Kerrygold salted butter8.0 tbsp Cream Cheese
Directions
Let butter soften before beginning.  Combine cocoa powder and baking powder then set aside. Using a handmixer, beat the eggs with the coconut oil and vanilla, then add the Swerve and mix together. Using a handmixer, cream together the butter and cream cheese. Add the cocoa/baking powder mixture to the egg mixture and blend. Using a handmixer, combine the 2 mixtures and blend until smooth. Bake in 8 x 8 pan at 350° for 35 mins.
