Keto Chocolate Gelatin Pudding

Ingredients
1 cup Coconut Milk (Unsweetened) 2 tbsp Cocoa, powder 1/2 tsp White Stevia Powder (APPROX)1 tbsp unflavored Gelatin 2 Tbsp Water
Directions
Add the coconut milk, cocoa, and sweetener to a pot over medium heat & stir with a whisk.

Mix gelatin & water in small bowl, then add it to the pot and stir until dissolved.

When mixture is warm pour into 2 small bowls.
Place in fridge 30-45 minutes (or freezer for faster setting) & Enjoy
